    Casting throw as the thing

    I think Zak can relate to this somewhat or maybe others have experienced.

    • Throw recharging with nothing actually thrown

    • Throw animation playing when nothing is thrown


    I have these 2 things happen to me 3 out of 5 games and it commonly happens when I do my signature grenade throw and it becomes a problematic nuisance.

    Additionally, if you do lock on as thing to a marine to throw, it won't actually throw for another .25 seconds or so, letting the marines run farther than the thing's throw range (I think) but still tossing their asses. Yes though, throw breaking since the animation to lock on starts to play but never succeeds is buggy.

    Yah. Perhaps Vic/Willu should add a check or something. Like the ability, after being casted, will check if something actually got thrown or not. If not, then the cooldown will instantly finish for you to throw again.

    Do you exert energy when you swing your arm, even when nothing is hit by it?

    I think I might be a noob, I have never seen energy get wasted once from the thing throwing items, must be minuscule to the point were I don't notice it.
